Look what I made for Robin's and Franzi's "welcome back" party last weekend! Isn't it just great? As far as I can tell it tasted very yummy. At least it was gone in no time. Thank you, Cadbury, for selling this fantastic cake mix.

She's got a job!

Believe it or not - I found the best job EVER! Well, I don't know yet and I'll only find out in July because that's when it starts. I managed to get a position as an intern with Reuters in Canary Wharf London. So that's where I'll be working from July on.


Cool, he? Not only is it such a cool place to be working it's also pretty well paid. Yes, yes, yes ... I am happy :D

Until then I'll have to find something around here to keep me going. Went to a few recruitment agencies in town yesterday and left my CV with them. They will let me know if anything comes up. I will also look for temp jobs myself. I am sure I'll find something! Might not be the most fullfilling job but better than nothing.
In the meantime I will carry on spending my time improving my cooking skills. I have discovered a part of me that actually really enjoys cooking ... weird!

No longer a bloody student!
Yes, you got it right - I have finished my studies and am officially exmatriculated. Thank you all for keeping your fingers crossed on Wednesday, it helped a lot! The presentation was a great success and I managed to get the top mark on my dissertation AND the presentation! Unfortunately I can't show you a copy of my diploma as I haven't got it yet but I will do so when I get it.
So now it's time to pack my bags and set off to the UK. Can't wait to go over again. I will keep you posted on my adventures as always.

I made it ... finally!

Tatatataahaaa... I finally handed in my dissertation today! Was about time after working on it for more than 4 months. I hope it was worth all the time spent. Keep your fingers crossed for me. Now I only have to manage the presentation and then I'm finished, hurray!
